Project Summary

A Management Firm needed a systematic, scalable approach to eliminating manual operational overhead across onboarding, cross-platform data entry, and reporting — at a regional scale requiring reusable, governed automation components rather than one-off fixes. We designed and implemented a full operations automation program: auditing high-friction workflows across Google Workspace, HRIS, reporting, and API-connected tools; building standardized reusable templates; integrating systems via API to eliminate double-entry; and delivering operational dashboards giving leadership visibility into throughput, bottlenecks, and team performance.

Challenge

Manual operational work across onboarding, reporting, and cross-platform workflows consumed disproportionate staff capacity, introduced data errors, and created process inconsistency that hampered regional scaling — with no standardized automation patterns, change-control practices, or rollback-safe deployment approach in place.

Key Outcomes

  • High-friction process audit across Google Workspace, HRIS, reporting tools, and API-connected systems producing a prioritized automation roadmap
  • Automated onboarding program: checklists, reminders, document creation, and handoff notifications reducing new hire cycle time significantly
  • Standardized workflow templates minimizing one-off automations and simplifying long-term maintenance across the operations team
  • API integrations across platforms eliminating double data entry and reducing operational errors at regional scale
  • Operational dashboards providing leadership real-time visibility into throughput, processing bottlenecks, and performance across teams
  • Change-control practices including testing protocols, versioning standards, and rollback-friendly deployment patterns for safe ongoing automation expansion
